RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are happy to accept the return for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. *This excludes made-to-order products.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached. Returns must be authorised by THE CONSIDERED EDIT customer support team in advance via email at hello@theconsiderededit.com

Please note that the terms and conditions of the returns requirements are a clear part of our returns policy, and we will not accept any returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns are at the customer’s own risk and expense.

The product you return must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and labelling. We are unable to accept any item with any indication that it was used.
 

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned parcel. We will not process any refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.

If an item has been sent to you in error or is faulty, we will arrange and pay for the return. 

*Please note we do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons. 

Our policy has a period of 30 days for faulty goods. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, it is unfortunate that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for non-faulty goods.

Please note that this Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

MADE-TO-ORDER

We cannot refund or exchange made-to-order products due to the custom nature of these products. Each individual piece is crafted in the finish, size, or colour specified at the point of order. Therefore, these items cannot be refunded.

Once we receive your order, our sales support team will contact you to ensure all product details are accurate. Upon delivery, all made-to-order items cannot be returned unless we have failed to supply the agreed item specifications detailed in the order confirmation or the item has been damaged in transit.
