Reminiscing the silhouette of a sitting man, The Sitting Man is a light sculpture with an illuminating glass sphere positioned in the middle of a spiralling composition. The complex structure is a fine-tuned balance between structure and weight, aesthetic and function, with the attempt of challenging our perception of form and light.
When turned off the ceramic material is in the same nuance. But when lit the structure reflects the light in different directions.
The Sitting Man comes in two sizes.
