A tray made simple. Taking inspiration from traditional Japanese trays but takes it one step further. Or back, rather. Tray is a study of the essentials and the function of a tray. A single panel with a list at each side, and two pieces of wood to act as supports. Thin closing ends play with the directions in the wood and create a subtle, playful contrast.
Designed to hover slightly from the surface, it is easy to lift and carry, thanks to its low
weight. Tray comes in two sizes, with enough space for a Sunday breakfast in bed, tea and a slice of cake, and other good things.
